new TC420 TC421 time programmable 5 CH output led strip light controller, Widely used in aquariums, interior design and so on

There is an upper computer in the programmable time controller to make the load output change over time, the customer may customize schedule mode they want through the upper PC.

Then through the USB port to download required schedule to the controller.

The upper PC in addition to the function of editing schedule mode, it also can be setup time for the controller because of synchronous clock function of upper host.

If user want to see the schedule mode effect after editing, they can use fast sowing function of upper.

Because there is no delete function of the upper host, so the mode name display space will come into blank as long as you execute delete.

This controller can control load of led changing effect no more than five channels.

And it can be used in the occasion of the plant lights, light box advertising, the stage, home decoration, aquariums, etc.

Question 1:

 

Is this product has a feature "sunrise-sunset"? Namely, I need to in the aquarium LED lighting in the morning began to slowly Shine…eventually increasing to full power lamps, and in the evening (after a set time) – started a "sunset" that is, the gradual extinction of the lamps. 

 

 

Yes, this controller can be a timmer to the light, to set it on or off at the setting time,

 

For TC420

the setting time can be any time (min) in one day.

  like: you can set 6:00     brightness-0%

                              6:01      brightness-10%

                              6:02      brightness-20%

                              6:03      brightness-30%

                              6:04      brightness-40%

                              6:05      brightness-50%

                               …..

        note:  If your set 6:00 @ 0% to 6:30 @ 100%, it will keep 0% from 6:00-6:29, then fade 0%-100% at the last min 6:29-6:30, or jump to 100% at 6:30 directly options.

       * Brightness changing effect can be "Jump" and "Fade" between each two time points.

 

For TC421

the setting time can be every half clock in one day.

 like: you can set 6:00     brightness-0%

                              6:30      brightness-50%

                              7:00      brightness-100%

                               ……

        note:  If your set 6:00 @ 0% to 6:30 @ 100%, it will fade 0% to 100% in 30min.

 

* Brightness changing effect can be  "Fade" between each two time points.

 

 

Question 2:

 

does this product feature real time? For example disconnect the power supply, and after its inclusion is not necessary to re-configure (to set the time and date) for this product? 

 

Yes, the controller can store the data when power off and power on again, you do not need to reset it.

 

Question 3:  

 

there is two power sockets (DC jack and screw), could I connect two power supply at the same time to improve the power , to connect more lights ?  

 

Sorry, connect two power supply to one controller at the same time is not allowed, it will damage the controller, or even break your power supply, PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS, thanks.

①RESET：For the reset key, when the controller is dead, it can touch the key to the reposition, only for the chip reset, not the initialization reset.

②USB：It is USB signal joint entrance, when epistatic machine model after editing, can through the USB line to download to the controller.

③POWER：It is DC plug, when the load power is small, can choose this port to input voltage.

① CH1: It is the load output first channel negative pole;

② CH2: It is the load output second channel negative pole;

③ CH3: It is the load output third channel negative pole;

④ CH4: It is the load output 4th channel negative pole;

⑤ CH5: It is the load output 5th channel negative pole;

⑥ V+: It is the load output positive pole;

⑦⑧V+.V-: It is power supply input positive and negative pole, when the load power is too large, you can choose this 2 port.

(Remark: you only need to choose one between power supply input DC port and this 2 port )

Q: If I want to control my light with my smartphone, how can I do?

A: You should buy the controller which work with WiFi connect or Bluetooth Connect function.

 

Q: If the controller output is lower than my light, how can i do?

A: You should have a power amplifier to work with the controller together to get more power output, or connect us to find a similar function controller with higher power output.

 

Q: If i use a SPI controller or DMX controller, the control distance is too far, then the signal become weak, how can i do?

A: you should have a SPI amplifier of DMX distributor to improve the signal strength.

 

Q: Which voltage controller should I use?

A: You can confirm the voltage of your light through the mark on the light, the manual, or the original power voltage,  then use the same voltage controller is OK.

 

Q: What is the different between IR controller & RF controller?

A: They are all wireless remote control method, but IR is transfered by invisible infrared ray, it can be prevented by any opaque object, the scope of the application is limited and smaller, the RF is transfered by 2.4GHz signal, can be spreaded further and bypass obstacles, also, IR equipment can be interfered by each other, RF will not.

 

Q: How can I connect the Pixel light controller, if the voltage of my light is not same with the controller?

A: Just connect the "GND(-)" and " Data(DA / D)" to the light, then power the light and controller with the right power supply.
